Day to day management of Purchase activity Stock level management according to stock level guidelines Vendor / Suppliers databases management
شروط التقدم للوظيفة:
خبرة لاتقل عن سنتين في نفس مجال المهنه إجادة اللغة الانجليزية تحدثا وكتابة
المهام الوظيفية:
Manage all aspects of purchase in efficient & cost effective manner to support organizational operations
Monitor ongoing compliance with purchasing policies and procedures Prepare the Purchase orders Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers Work with relevant departments to manage inventory requirements Review purchase orders for proper authorization and compliance with organizational policy and procedures Identify and source new suppliers and vendors Float the inquiries Follow up with vendors Track orders and ensure timely delivery Review quality of purchased products Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed and maintain the Inventory levels • To certify the invoices along with supporting docs and submit it to Purchase Manager for approval Keep monitoring the store activities and coordinate with Store In-charge Make the issue and Goods receipt note entries
