موقع الوظيفة:
نحن نبحث حاليًا عن مستشار مبيعات للانضمام إلى فريقنا. تشمل المسؤوليات الرئيسية لهذا الدور الاتصال بالعملاء المحتملين لتقديم خدمات استشارية في مجال العقارات لهم، وإعداد وتقديم عروض الأعمال لإقناع العملاء بتوقيع اتفاقية استشارية، ولقاء العملاء لإتمام الصفقات. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيكون المستشار المبيعات مسؤولًا عن وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لزيادة قيمة عقارات العميل.

2) ممثل الموارد البشرية
نحن أيضًا نبحث عن ممثل للموارد البشرية يكون على دراية بالقوانين واللوائح العمانية المتعلقة بالقوى العاملة. يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي لديه معرفة وخبرة في معالجة التأشيرات وأن يكون على استعداد لأداء أي عمل خارجي متعلق بالقسم. يجب أن يكون لدى ممثل الموارد البشرية خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في الموارد البشرية، بما في ذلك الإدارة والتعويضات والفوائد والتدريب والتطوير وعلاقات الموظفين وإدارة الأداء.

WE ARE HIRING
1) SALES CONSULTANT
JOB POSITION:
We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team. The main responsibilities of this role include contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services, preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal, and meeting clients to close deals. Additionally, the Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase the value of the client’s properties.
JOB POSITION:
2) HUMAN RESOURCES REPRESENTATIVE
We are also seeking a Human Resources Representative who is familiar with Omani law and regulations related to manpower. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in visa processing and be willing to perform any outdoor work related to the department. The Human Resources Representative should have at least 1 year of experience in human resources, including administration, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, and performance management.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for these positions, applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree. These job positions are open to Omani nationals only, and male candidates are preferred.
