منصب مدير التمويل متاح حاليًا في الكلية الدولية للهندسة والإدارة (ICEM). يهدف هذا الدور إلى قيادة وتوجيه أقسام العمليات والتمويل والحسابات لضمان تسجيل وتحليل وإبلاغ المعلومات المالية بشكل صحيح للكيانات الداخلية، وكذلك ضمان الامتثال للقواعد واللوائح.
سيكون لمدير التمويل مسؤولية يومية أساسية لتخطيط وتنفيذ ووضع الميزانية وإدارة والسيطرة على جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالمال في ICEM. سيكون مسؤولًا عن مراقبة العمليات المالية للكلية وضمان تحقيق الأهداف المالية.
ليكون مؤهلاً لهذا المنصب، يجب أن يكون لدى المرشحين درجة الماجستير في إدارة التمويل أو الاقتصاد أو مؤهل مهني معادل. تشمل المؤهلات المهنية المفضلة حمل شهادة ACCA (جمعية المحاسبين المعتمدين المعتمدين) أو ACA (جمعية المحاسبين المعتمدين).

The Finance Manager position is currently open at the International College of Engineering and Management (ICEM). The purpose of this role is to lead and direct the operations, finance, and accounts departments to ensure proper recording, analyzing, and reporting of financial information to internal entities, as well as ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
The Finance Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, budgeting, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of ICEM. They will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the college and ensuring that financial goals and objectives are met.
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a Master’s degree in finance management, economics, or an equivalent professional qualification. Preferred professional qualifications include being an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants) holder.
Candidates should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the finance industry, with at least 3 years at a senior management level. Strong leadership skills, excellent presentation skills, and an understanding of Omani financial rules and regulations are also required.
Other skills that are important for this role include financial management, banking, process and quality management, company law, corporate governance, compliance, disclosures, and investment analysis.
